Policy on returns and exchanges

1Pack all eligible return items in the original packing. Items must be returned in “like new” condition to qualify for a full refund.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a copy of the receipt.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Secondline Handkerchiefs offers a 30 day refund policy on all products that have not been personalized or otherwise modified by the customer. Purchases must be returned to Secondline Handkerchiefs in “like new” condition to qualify for a full refund. Shipping fees incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

Any products that have been personalized or otherwise modified by the customer are generally non-refundable once printing has begun. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis, but in no case will shipping fees incurred by the customer be refunded.



Our return and refund policy is described above. According to NYS law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
